I actually woke up late for my weekly run with my club yesterday so I didn't have time for my morning meditation. I have to run 3 miles to get to the club so instead of just mindlessly running, I integrated a spot of meditation to my running and the whole trip became delightful and serene. I will be doing that from now on, making Mindfulness the ultimate portable practice
