8 week mindfulness course
If you have either attended one of my courses, been to one of my classes or simply want to understand yourself and mindfulness better, then the 8 week course is exactly what you need.

Over an 8 week period, you will be sent a video each week which covers the fundamental aspects of mindfulness, alongside training, guided meditations and interactive tasks that will familiarise and explain the whole process from beginning to end.
​
At the end of the 2 month training, you will be able to consider yourself a mindfulness aficionado, and will have a thorough understanding of your inner self, which will help you to always stay on top of your mental health.
