Our 'Bee Mindful' honey is cold-smoked over hickory chips to give it its incredible flavour. It is cold-smoked in order to retain its natural enzymes and nutrients.  Following on from the smoking, if you are after a little more, it is then infused with a choice of different chillis in order to offer various grades of heat and flavour, depending on your preference. We are currently working with the scotch bonnet chilli but will soon be expanding our range to include cayenne, habanero and chipotle. Bee mindful with the heat!
