⚠️ Heads up: the videos are a bit “retro”, I made them in the middle of lockdown with only a camera, some flour, and way too much time on my hands.

Here are the 3 mindfulness tips we used at the show:
1. Flat Like Calm
Press the dough, feel it spread, just like we let our worries flatten out.
2. What Can You See, Smell, and Feel?
Pause before picking your toppings. Notice the colours, the smells, the shapes. Let your senses do the choosing.
3. One Topping at a Time
No rush. Place each topping with intention. You’re the pizza artist here.
Try these same tricks next time you brush your teeth or tie your shoes, mindfulness works everywhere.
